"Wauld Turned Certificates from Admin Work into a Growth Engine"

What do you like best about Wauld?

The interface is clean and easy to pick up, even for non-technical folks on our team. The Circle integration works through Zapier, and since we were already using Zapier for other workflows, choosing this integration was an easy choice for us. Certificates now get issued automatically the moment a member completes a course.

Performance has been reliable, no lag or downtime even when issuing certificates in bulk. On the pricing side, it has paid for itself fast. We went from spending 5-6 hours a week on manual certificates to almost none, so the ROI was obvious early on.

Onboarding was quick and support was responsive whenever we had questions. The automation itself feels smart too, pulling member and course data accurately every time. What do you dislike about Wauld?

There is not much to complain about. If I had to point to one thing, I would like to have the capability of having animated badges. It would be a nice addition for making certificates feel even more dynamic and shareable, but it has not taken away from how well the tool works for us overall. What problems is Wauld solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Wauld, issuing certificates was a pretty difficult process. Whenever someone completed a course on Circle, we had to ask them to fill out a form to get their certificate. That form was connected to Google Slides through Zapier to generate the certificate, and Google Slides was then connected to Gmail to send it out, all through a multi-step Zapier process. It was complicated, and the integration would sometimes glitch or just stop working, which made it hard to rely on.

Wauld has made that whole process simple. Now, the moment someone completes a course, we are able to send a certificate instantly through a webhook in Zapier. No more forms, no more juggling multiple tools, and no more troubleshooting a process that was never fully dependable.

The biggest benefit for us has been time saved and just not having to deal with a complicated, error-prone setup anymore. On top of that, members are proud of their certificates and often post them on LinkedIn, which has brought extra visibility to our community and even attracted new members who came across those posts.
