I use WASync to connect WhatsApp with Bitrix and avoid losing communication traceability with clients. It's the connector that best suits my needs: WABA connection, template management, reports and analysis, stricter chat access controls, and an improved interface. Everything works well and they resolve everything quickly. Additionally, their support team is fast and efficient. The initial setup was very easy and the console has instructions.
