It helps us keep track of a large quantity of diverse items across multiple projects. Serial number tracking also makes it easy to follow specific items, and the interface is straightforward to use. Managing licensed users is even easier now, since we can add additional users one at a time instead of having to purchase five add-ons each time we want to expand the use case.

Integrating it utilizing API calls, with platforms such as smartsheets has allowed easy automation processes and expanded use across our teams. The Wasp Support team also was a huge help in overcoming a specific road block we ran into, and helped us solve the last hurdle we had in getting Purchase Orders automated. The only real feature/use case I can think of that I dislike? I wish the report builder was a little more user friendly and easier to manage. Often times, when needing to refine a report or create a custom one, it's challenging and time consuming.
