It solves a real need. It's the only platform I know that allows you to collect, store and then assess various data points that have been recorded over an extended period of time. It's simple to use, but the outputs can be really powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there's much to dislike. The only thing that is perhaps a little tricky is that you have to have access to various different datapoints. This was quite difficult for us at first because we had some redundancies, and that meant that some password knowledge was lost, so it took us a bit of time to get back into some accounts.
