What do you like best about Wappler?

It is the only tool that combines the best of both sides. You can develop using drag and drop style or dive directly into coding and code. Although Wappler's team intention is to create something that everyone can use (and this is already happening), they always had in their mind their core users back from Dreamweaver era (making extensions for Dreamweaver - they still do).

We the core users back from around 2005 we are kind of users who can code but needed something that would help us save time on debugging, be more creative, cut costs but provide cutting edge results.

Wappler is not just a new kid on the block. It is the result of a 20 years old 'project', behind Dreamweaver. Since it is new as a standalone idea (about 2 years old) many traditional developers are very suspicious. But let's make something clear. With Wappler you are actually developing, you are not playing. You develop cutting edge custom websites/webapps while being able to provide excellent results on a budget.

If you know how to design a database right if you can connect to a database and retrieve the data then the rest becomes a creative enjoyable process. You can permit yourself to become something more than a coder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wappler?

Some minor bugs, which are always resolved in a few days even hours. The best with Wappler team is that they are very open to creative criticism. Let me give you an example. We had an 'issue' with queries created. Although you could create almost any query needed there were special occasions where we wanted to just type the query needed. They created this functionality which gives a lot more options from the already 'infinite' ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wappler:

Using Wappler does not mean that you do not care about programming, about coding, about best practices. It is made from a team with love and care to people that care about what it gets produced more than than the result presented on the surface.

What problems is Wappler solving and how is that benefiting you?

Look, we are in are already a decade + more that we are bombarded from ready-made solutions which are great but they just reproduce the same again and again and again. We take for granted that this approach of ready-made stuff is the best since it cuts costs and gives the client a result that values as 'more than acceptable'. The issue is cost - quality - uniqueness - final result.

We, Wappler developers are people who believe that everyone worths more than repetition. Any prospect needs special attention regarding his data, regarding how his website|wevapp performs. Ready-made solutions were so difficult to compete due to cost. With Wappler you are able to provide awesome custom results, on a budget.

The result provided is not a black box. You can open, read, understand the code, make alterations, add your own custom stuff. Wappler is like collaborating with two very potent developers. One from the Font-end and another for the Back-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
