What do you like best about WANotifier?

WANotifier makes it easier to manage WhatsApp marketing and customer communication from one place. I particularly like the automation options, including auto-replies, greeting and out-of-office messages, drip sequences, chatbots, and campaign automation. The shared team inbox is also useful for keeping customer conversations organized and making collaboration easier. The analytics provide helpful visibility into campaign performance. What do you dislike about WANotifier?
