I like the best about OnCore is the simplicity and how smoothly it manages the entire employee life lifecycle in my 5 year's of Employee Lifecycle Career best experience i had with OnCore. The interface is quite user friendly and it helps reduce manual work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although there is nothing to dislike, only one thing can be fix sometime the system can feel a bit slow while uploading bulk reports, or multiple user's are logged on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
