What i like most about Wallester is how easy it is to create virtual payment cards for our team. Whenever someone needs to make a company purchase or pay a software subscription ,i can generate a card in just a few seconds through the app. It is also really easy to snap a photo of receipts and attach them directly to transactions ,making budget tracking completely stress free and user friendly. The main downside is that the free plan does not include automated accounting integrations, so connecting it to tools like Xero requires a paid plan. Additionally while issuing virtual cards is instant ,delivery for physical plastic cards can take a few days and incurs a small shipping fee which may not suits every organisation. Before using Wallester our main struggle was managing corporate expenses and keeping track of receipts across team members. Shares of single company card caused confusion and made budgeting difficult. Wallester solved this by allowing us to instantly generate individual virtual cards for specific employees or projects with strict spending limits.
