What do you like best about Vyapin Office 365 Manager?

1. With Vyapin Office 365 Manager, it's straightforward to add, modify or remove licenses once the user roles are assigned properly. 2. It provides the feasibility of performing license operations on both single user (mostly stakeholders who need extensive access) & users in bulk (mostly team members who require moderate access privileges based on their role in our organization). 3. Through their customer support, we can opt for special permissions for distinct use cases such as custom management for calendars in mailbox, for Exchange Active Synchronization tuning and for making changes in migration planning modules. 4. What do you dislike about Vyapin Office 365 Manager?

1. It would be great to have a cloud-based platform with similar features of on-premise Vyapin Office 365 Manager as it will prevent the need of installing the application in our workspace. 2. This will also provide convenience through remote access support & feasibility while working in collaborative environments. 3. Apart from the above-mentioned suggestion, Vyapin Office 365 Manager is an excellent utility that bridges the gap in the O365 portal when it comes to administrative tasks, seamless integration & security compliance. What problems is Vyapin Office 365 Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. We have plenty of Office 365 administrative tasks which require automation to perform bulk user operations & it's difficult to carry out these activities through the O365 portal. 2. Vyapin Office 365 Manager effectively automates these action items by offering granularity in user access provisioning & license management. 3. We can categorize groups of users based on their access privileges and update any attributes in bulk within seconds. 4. It provides valuable insights on license usage which helps me to work on license optimization based on the demands & reducing unnecessary costs. 5. We can also establish secure collaboration in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Exchange online components like Mailboxes, Email policies, Distribution groups, and other configurations of the O365 portal.
