What do you like best about Vya?

Vya offers a wide variety of services and products that always meet and exceed our needs. They work with us personally to create a storefront that offers templates, image storage, promotional items, trade show graphics, and have a ton of back end options/services. We can track usage, progress, purchases, users etc. They also have many different solutions for direct mail, data, and printing. I could not ask for a more comprehensive and effective team helping with our franchise and corporate needs. The platform is easy to use both as an admin and as a user. The quality of product produced is always amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of all-inclusive service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vya?

There really is nothing I dislike about Vya. If I had to nitpick to come up with something, maybe some of the reports could be easier to refine/pull but honestly, they will step in and create the reports for me if I can't figure out how to make it work. They also offer tutorials and help guides. Even if I get a little confused by the reporting dashboard here or there, the reps and team at Vya are so amazing and always there to help it makes it a non-issue. What problems is Vya solving and how is that benefiting you?

Distribution of templates and promotional items to our franchise system.

Ease of tracking usage for campaigns/items.

They give us a platform to store/distribute our logos and photos.

The team is always available to help us with anything that comes up (last minute mailings, trade show graphics, emergencies, printing needs, etc.). There is nothing they won't step in and tackle when we need them.

Vya allows us to have some control of our marketing templates and distribute campaigns/graphics templates to our system of more than 500 franchises as well as other departments within our corporate office. They take a huge load of work off our graphics team so we don't have to worry about customizing those items for each franchise ourselves and allows for the franchises to have immediate access to assets and printing services.

They are extremely reliable and make my life easier. The feedback we have received from our franchises is also overwhelmingly positive and they love the variety of options we have been able to make available to them through Vya's platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
