I love that it offers both a desktop app and a mobile app. I also don’t have to use my personal cell number to communicate with clients, which is a big plus. It can get difficult to link phone calls and texts to specific work items, but it automatically attaches to the client's timeline if the phone number is saved in Karbon, so once in Karbon it is easily attached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
