What do you like best about Vozitel?

I like the versatility of Vozitel and how it adapts to our operational recovery needs. It's easy for me to segment and centralize information, configure different segmentations according to what we need, and manage automated campaigns. I also value the preset reports I can download and the monitoring and analysis tools to correct deviations. Vozitel helps me organize large volumes of files, reduce tasks, and maintain a history of management. I can also supervise the team in real-time and consult indicators on the dashboards. I like that it connects with different market tools. The initial setup was quite simple thanks to Marta's support and onboarding, and we adapted to the operations in a short time. What do you dislike about Vozitel?

Although Vozitel is a comprehensive tool, I believe one of its main areas for improvement is user autonomy, so we don't always have to rely on consultants for some processes.
