What do you like best about Voyado?

I appreciate Voyado's user-friendly design paired with robust GDPR-aligned features, which suits our small German HR consulting team's needs perfectly. The intuitive automation workflow builder is a huge plus because none of us are dedicated technical specialists, yet we can easily create and adjust automated message sequences. I value its well-built contact segmentation and tagging system, which keeps our HR work neat and targeted. Furthermore, the native GDPR compliance settings are crucial for our business, as they have preset data protection rules and configurable data access permissions, making it easier for us to manage sensitive information securely. What do you dislike about Voyado?

First, the mobile experience is quite limited. Our team often checks messages and contact details while traveling to client sites or working outside the office. The mobile app only supports viewing basic notifications and simple contact info. For example, we cannot edit existing automation workflows or adjust contact tags on mobile devices. If we need to revise interview reminder content on the go, we have to wait until we get back to a desktop computer, which affects work flexibility. Second, it lacks advanced bulk editing tools for contact lists. We frequently update group labels or statuses for dozens of candidates and clients after recruitment projects or service renewals. Right now, we can only edit contacts one by one or select small batches. Once we needed to update status tags for over 60 candidates after a group recruitment closed, and this repetitive work took us nearly an hour.
