What do you like best about Voxel?

It has simple but modern interface that makes more engaging to user. It has a dashboard, which is accurate to show all the things in a single place. And the best part of this voxel is it always takes care about our organization internal information on priority. Customer support provided by voxel is appreciable. I like the scope of the software. What do you dislike about Voxel?

There could be more customization provided. Little bit complex to use, if you mastered then it will be fine to use. Sometimes bugs arise that reduce the frequency of use. Need more implementation on custom dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
