What do you like best about VOX?

The website and app are designed with a clean, modern aesthetic, making it easy to navigate and find relevant content. Best part about Vox is it effectively uses various formats such as articles, videos, podcasts, and infographics, making it accessible and engaging for different types of audiences. Can be integrated very easily to your platform. Easy to implement. I have been using it in our company for last 2+ years. Good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOX?

While it offers a lot of content for free, some of its premium content is behind a paywall. Additionally, the presence of ads can be distracting. But it is totally understandable from a business point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VOX solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it easier for us to grasp intricate topics quickly, enhancing our understanding without needing to do extensive research on our own. A chatbot could be used to provide real-time, contextual information.
