"Fast, Reliable, and Cost-Effective POS for Busy Restaurants with Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about Vouch POS?

We've been using Vouch POS across five of our Manhattan locations, and it has been a great experience from day one. Our stores handle a high volume of orders, especially during busy breakfast rushes, and the system has been reliable throughout.

We use Vouch POS for in-store transactions, online ordering, and loyalty. One thing we really appreciate is how all orders—including third-party delivery orders—flow directly into the POS and kitchen operations, helping our team stay organized during peak hours.

The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes training new staff easier. The ordering workflow requires fewer steps than many other systems we've used, helping us serve customers faster. The hardware also has a clean, modern design that fits well in our stores.

The loyalty auto-enrollment feature has helped us grow our customer database without adding extra work for our staff. We also use the catering tools, including a dedicated catering website and the ability to send estimates, receive approvals, and collect payments online.

Reporting is another strong area. The back-office reports are detailed, and the mobile reporting app allows us to keep an eye on sales and operations even when we're away from the store.

One of the biggest benefits has been the cost savings. Compared to our previous POS provider, we're paying less while gaining access to more features and better technology.

Most importantly, the support team has been outstanding. Whether it's menu updates, setup assistance, or answering operational questions, they respond quickly and are always willing to help.

What do you dislike about Vouch POS?

Nothing specific at the moment. We’re using what they currently have available, and it’s working for us so far. We’ve requested a few integrations, and they’re currently working on those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vouch POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate five bagel shop locations, and one of our biggest challenges was managing kitchen operations efficiently during busy rush periods. Most POS systems we evaluated could only route kitchen tickets based on menu items, but we needed print routing based on modifiers. Vouch POS allows us to configure kitchen printing exactly how our operation requires, which has improved ticket flow, reduced confusion in the kitchen, and increased speed of service.

Another challenge was having multiple vendors for online ordering, loyalty, customer engagement, and POS. Managing different systems made communication and support more complicated. Vouch provides everything under one platform, making operations simpler and giving us a single point of contact when we need assistance or customization. Because the technology is developed in-house, they have been flexible and responsive to our specific business requirements.

Menu management across five locations was also time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies. With the master menu feature, we can update menu items, pricing, and recipes in one place and automatically sync those changes to all stores. This saves time and ensures consistency across every location.

Finally, cost was an important factor. Vouch delivers advanced technology and features at a competitive price point, allowing us to reduce costs while gaining better functionality than our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
