I appreciate most that I'm able to pull reports from the database of registered users. And you can format those reports to your liking. Also love that you can view either as administrator or user, it's always good to see what it will look like from the POV of the user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not a super intuitive software to use. Does take some using and understanding to get the hang of than usual. I think the user interface could be a lot cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
