I provides more than dictation, I could use agent mode to perform task on my laptop. I can draft emails, send messages, look for my files, have voiceos clean up my directory, all without having to go on those applications myself. What really makes me choose this other than the competitors is the UI/UX design. The developers of VoiceOS takes time on on making every integration super clean and easy to use.
