The best feature is of this software is proactive monitoring. It can predict any future issue using its analytics. We can also find the root cause if we deep dive into its alarm. If we say specific of any our case, this is disk performance issue. These was a design pitfall in our flash drive, and we could not figure it out if we did not use vRealize. It's Integration is also easy. It takes 1-2 hour to integrate with existing vSphere environment. User interface is also good. You have to have a level of expertise to get best output from it. Without a minimum level of training, you will not understand many features of this software. The training is also costly. Yearly Service and Support price is comparatively higher than other competitor. We have compared it with Solarwinds. Solarwinds has very low yearly Support and Service cost. Another issue is live alarm generation. Previously when it was vCenter Operations it could give live monitoring alarm. But when it changed to vRealize, there is no live alarm generation feature.
