Customers like to fully explore all features even if its only for 24 hours it allows us to maximise the platform, understanding the tools and operations, features, styles editing software's. We need to fully test these out before fully committing. **What problems is Vmaker AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found it hard to find a software / platform that transforms long clips into shorts, reels that we can tailor to our preferred video duration. The other challenge I found is aspect ratio for certain clips for certain platforms, Vmaker has the platform logo / icon you tap on and it perfectly sets your video's aspect ratio to the social media platforms size. I just need to upgrade, and they will be lifted. Besides that, the problems I've had in the past are now gone because they are constantly upgrading the app. Yeah, it’s kind of a funny issue. With all the updates coming from both them and Chrome, you really gotta keep both updated before you hit record. Otherwise, it might freeze up on you, and you won’t get your recording.
