I like how it reduces the need for manual record-keeping in books. The automated features and notification system, especially for managing interview candidates, are valuable, and it's nice to see everything organized efficiently. I think there aren't major issues, but some improvements can be made. They need to provide customization options like in dropdowns within two weeks to make things easier. Regular updates for security patches either weekly or monthly are necessary due to the sensitive data stored on the website. Conducting software audits on a yearly or quarterly basis and sharing those certificates would give more confidence about data security since it involves employee and visitor data, including pictures.
