What I like best about VIVOS is their responsiveness and hand on communication. They replied quickly to our questions, provided clear guidance and documentation and kept the incorporation process moving without unnecessary delays. having a direct WhatsApp contact was very helpful, especially when we needed a quick answer or clarification. The main area for improvement would be having even more proactive updates during the quieter stages of the process.
