What I like most about Vital4 is the ease of working with them. Their data and solution are great, and their customer support team is highly responsive and genuinely engaged with our needs. In the compliance technology space, timeliness and accuracy are nonnegotiable, and having a vendor partner who treats our questions as urgent is a key differentiator. For our team, Vital4 has reduced review time, meets compliance and audit requirements with confidence, and allows us to screen faster and more accurately than any prior solution we evaluated. These guys have become a vital partner and are great people to work with. Also, Vital4 made the setup very easy by creating a sandbox environment for testing and putting us on a simple evaluation agreement. It was very quick to get started with them, within a day or two. I think that some of the integration could be stronger. We're always looking for a very immersive and seamless experience between our platform and them. We would love to see a little bit more seamless API / SSI integration relative to the experience. But they are working on that, and for now, it's meeting our needs quite well.
