What do you like best about VisualVault?

I use VisualVault for retaining scanned documents important to my business. It keeps information organized and allows multiple users to access the materials concurrently. I find it easy to use, reliable, and it has great customer support resources when needed. It helps maintain organized recordkeeping and tracks user access, which can be helpful. The initial setup was super easy and required minimal work on our end. Everything works well, and I really have no complaints with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
