What do you like best about VisualVault?

I appreciate that VisualVault provides a centralized electronic secure platform, which helps in moving files from paper to electronic form. The security measures ensure that specific files are only visible to certain leaders, which is very important for us. I also like how the new platform seems to have great search features and can read PDFs effectively. The ability to store files securely is another aspect that I find useful. What do you dislike about VisualVault?
