I use Visual Studio Code for both my personal projects and office work, mainly for frontend development and backend tasks with Node.js. Overall, I really enjoy using it. The interface feels clean, simple, and interactive, which makes coding more comfortable and helps me stay engaged while I work.
One thing I especially like about VS Code is the wide range of extensions available. They make it easy to customize the editor to fit your needs, and they can also boost productivity by helping with common coding issues. The initial setup is straightforward too, and with so many tutorials on YouTube, getting started is pretty much a cakewalk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it’s already a pretty complete application, so I don’t feel any major changes are necessary. The only improvement I’d suggest is better stability, since it sometimes crashes unexpectedly. It would be great if the team could look into those crashes and make the app more reliable overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
