It is a good application to have nevertheless, it would act more of a support application. Customer support is always only a click away and the layout of information is very robust and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about TWIPLA?** Sometimes I had friends visit the site but their viewing history was not reflected in the data. I reached out to the company and they provided me with reasons why this might have happened but the reasons were very high level and described in a way that I couldn't understand (due to my lack of knowledge around search engine functionality and web design). The price is also a little high for me and will most likely be the reason I eventually stop using this product. **Recommendations to others considering TWIPLA:** As wix currently does not have a built-in visitor analytics app for its sites this is an essential piece of software to keep track of what your visitors are doing on the site. **What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?** The visitor Analytics app allows me to see which facets of my site are being heavily trafficked. By utilizing this information I have found that link placement on the homepage directly affects clicks.
