What do you like best about Visibility?

For us the useful part is seeing the actual answers AI engines give for comparison type questions in our category, like when someone asks ChatGPT to compare Salesforce admin tools. You can open the prompt and read exactly what got said and who got named. We added our own custom prompts on top of the suggested ones which took maybe ten minutes. We already publish a lot of content so the gap data plugs straight into our existing content calendar, the briefs save our writers the research step. Google AI Overview tracking being included by default was a nice surprise too, we expected to pay extra for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visibility?

The auto generated drafts are okay but for a technical audience like ours (Salesforce admins) they need a proper rewrite, we mostly use the briefs and skip the drafts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Visibility solving and how is that benefiting you?

We publish a lot of SEO content and it ranks fine on Google, but we had no idea if any of it was getting picked up by ChatGPT or Perplexity when people ask about tools in our space. Turns out for some comparison questions we weren't being mentioned at all even where we rank top 3 organically, which we'd never have known. Now we track those prompts weekly, prioritize content based on where we're missing rather than guessing, and we've seen our mentions improve on the prompts we've targeted. It basically tells our content team what to write next instead of us debating it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
