What do you like best about Virtual Post Mail?

I've been with VPM for many years now, and I've always found strong support, immediate responses, and a highly professional service environment, which is increasingly rare to find nowadays.

They are consistently kind, efficient, and quick in resolving any issue that comes up. I have always felt well supported and taken care of as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtual Post Mail?

What problems is Virtual Post Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I get my mail scans quickly and on time. When I have a problem, they respond to my emails directly (not with AI), and the replies are fast, kind, and focused on finding a solution.
