**What do you like best about Virtours?**

#Very helpful for non-profit teams, unique feature and helps in marketing automation as well

**What do you dislike about Virtours?**

Limited feature set for automation and for CRM. A full-fledged feature list can provide more flexibility

**Recommendations to others considering Virtours:**

Virtours provides a good CRM interface for Non-profit organisations like Comicon, etc

**What problems is Virtours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following business problems are proposed to be solved by Virtours:
a) multiple donor development/raising events
b) CRM activity
c) automation

The best part about Virtours is the ability to fully immerse the customer in the experience and give them virtual tours.

**What do you dislike about Virtours?**

The ability to remotely access this software is a little bit limited.

**What problems is Virtours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The client is better able to experience reality virtually, and we are better able to sell people on the place and the experience.

Easy to create VR content and looks the same as in real life. Also we can add interactivity which add more value to content

You need a dedicated app to view the content

Easy to create and edit VR content. We can add interactivity very easily.

Require more stability because since it depends on external devices.

It helped a lot with the business, and clients are primarily satisfied with the virtual experience with this tool. It allows creating a new virtual world, and customization is also allowed.
