What do you like best about viRTF?

vi worked with us extensively to customize the product to fulfill our vision. The ability to link the RTF process with our annual evaluation process was also a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viRTF?

There was more customization required than we expected going in, but, again, vi was great about working with us on that customization without any additional charge, and we were very pleased with the result. As I understand it, the work vi did to customize the product for us will result in more out-of-the-box options for future users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viRTF solving and how is that benefiting you?

viRTF had helped us address stale feedback for attorneys, giving the attorneys much greater ability to use that feedback to improve and grow professionally. viRTF automated processes that were previously very manual. By allowing us to link RTF with annual evaluations, it incentivized supervising attorneys to provide RTF by giving them less work to do at year-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
