I use Virid as a development team for my Shopify website. They alleviate the technical burden on our in-house team by becoming a dedicated support team that acts as an extension of our internal team, knows Shopify exceptionally well, and offers strategic guidance and project management. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Shopify platform and is also extremely patient with our team members who are new to the environment and still have plenty to learn. They've offered great insights into preferred Shopify App partners. Most recently, they helped us choose a multi-vendor marketplace app and worked alongside our team to configure the recommended app and get everything up and running smoothly. I'd love for Virid to feel more comfortable leading discussions vs. being asked to take the lead. They are the subject matter experts, so I'd prefer they be more assertive in their recommendations. In meetings with third party partners, they took a "back seat" to the conversation and only contributed when specifically asked. If they're acting as our development team, I'd prefer for them to lead the conversations, especially with third party parters, so they establish themselves as the authority on all technical needs.
