We are very pleased with the Vimachem OEE Analytics platform. The system offers seamless integration and interaction with all our packaging lines, and the support from the Vimachem team has been outstanding. They respond quickly, and every request we have made has been handled promptly and efficiently. The solution is also budget-friendly, with installation and operational costs comfortably within our financial limits. Since adopting the system, we have seen an increase of over 10% in our packaging line efficiency. While we are very satisfied with the overall performance of the system, one area of concern has been the cost structure for additional functionalities. As this was a new implementation, we were not initially able to anticipate all the features we would require. However, we found that even for relatively small requests—such as exporting data to an Excel or CSV file—additional annual fees were applied. We believe that such basic data extraction capabilities should be included as part of the standard system offering.
