"Full featured non-linear video editor at a great price"

4/5

What do you like best about VideoPad?

This affordable video editing tool does all of the things that the big boys do (Imovie, Pinnacle Studio, Premiere) at a fraction of the cost! I have used it for a couple of months now after I had some technical issues with my Pinnacle Studio 23 software, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VideoPad?

The manual is a little thin in the "how to's" so there is a bit of trial and error that is necessary to solve a few minor interface issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VideoPad:

Stick with it and work thru the interface. If you are at all familiar with video editing, you should be able to figure out all the cool stuff. The manual and online help are spotty at best. You are better off taking an afternoon and messing around to get a handle on the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VideoPad solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was in the midst of editing a television commercial using Pinnacle Studio 23 when something went awry with my software installation. I have not been able to resolve that and needed to finish the commercial by my deadline. I ended up finding VideoPad and was able to complete my project in time.
