What I like best about VideoMeet is its ease of use and reliable meeting experience. The platform makes it simple to schedule, join, and manage meetings without requiring extensive setup. Audio and video quality are generally stable, and features such as screen sharing and chat help improve collaboration during meetings.

One aspect that could be improved is the occasional connectivity or performance issues when internet bandwidth is limited. Some advanced customization and meeting management features could also be more intuitive for first time users.

VideoMeet solves the challenge of connecting teams and participants across different locations. It provides a centralized platform for virtual meetings, discussions, training sessions, and collaboration. For me, it has made remote collaboration more convenient and productive while ensuring that meetings can be conducted smoothly from anywhere.

Videomeet is easy to use and keeps online meetings simple, without requiring much setup. I like how quickly I can join or host a meeting, and the interface feels clean, straightforward, and free of clutter. One thing I don’t like is that the interface can feel a bit basic compared to some other meeting platforms. Aside from that, my overall experience has been smooth and straightforward, and it’s been easy to use and manage on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about videomeet?**

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media platforms, so I regularly use it for nutrition discussions, student teaching sessions, healthy lifestyle awareness, and online communication. It helps me manage online educational meetings, health guidance sessions, and consultation related discussions in more organized way. The platform feels simple to use during regular work. Scheduling meetings, sharing joining details, and managing sessions does not feel complicated after basic use. Features like screen sharing, group chat, waiting room, and live interaction are useful while explaining diet charts, nutrition routines, educational PDFs, and health related topics during live sessions.

It also helps me interact with students and answer questions properly during online educational sessions. The platform has the important conferencing features needed for regular professional use without feeling too confusing or heavy during daily workflow.Performance during meetings has also been smooth for my regular educational and consultation related work. Video, audio, screen sharing, and meeting connectivity mostly works properly during live sessions without creating much confusion during discussions.  

Overall, VideoMeet helps me manage online meetings, educational sessions, student discussions, and health awareness related communication in more smooth and organized way during daily work.

During longer live meetings, handling screen sharing, chat, attendee requests, and other controls together can sometimes feel a little busy in the beginning. I also noticed that meeting quality depends a lot on internet stability, so on weaker connections video or audio may occasionally feel slightly unstable during live sessions.

**What problems is videomeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VideoMeet is helping me manage online educational meetings, student discussions, and health guidance sessions in more organized way from one place. I regularly use it for nutrition discussions, healthy lifestyle sessions, online student teaching, and consultation related communication, so scheduling meetings and handling live interaction feels more smooth during daily work.

Features like screen sharing, group chat, and live attendee interaction help me explain diet charts, educational PDFs, and health related topics more clearly during sessions. It also helps me communicate with students and attendees in more proper and professional way during live discussions.

Overall, VideoMeet helps me save time, manage online communication more smoothly, and keep my educational and health awareness related work more organized during regular use.

I like VideoMeet for its easy-to-use interface, stable video quality, and smooth team collaboration features. It provides reliable communication and quick connectivity across remote teams, making virtual meetings more efficient. I also appreciate that the initial setup was simple and user-friendly, so our team could start using it quickly without major technical support. Most employees adapted easily with minimal training, which made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. It integrates well with email platforms, team collaboration tools, calendar applications, and document-sharing software, which helps with workflow management.

Sometimes video or audio quality can be affected during low internet connectivity or large group meetings. Improving mobile app performance and adding more advanced collaboration features would make the overall experience even better.

**What do you like best about videomeet?**

The best part of VideoMeet is, it is lightweight, and very simple to use. It is an Indian app (and our recent session demonstrates how it all works quite well even with a lower speed internet). All the other applications are extremely slow in utilizing mobile data, but VideoMeet has a reasonable speed. It is also incredibly quick to set it up as you just need to create the name of a room and share the link (not long registrations made by each member). Sensitive Meeting Mode of long security is also a great feature in our privacy approach.

**What do you dislike about videomeet?**

The user interface (UI) appears somewhat out-of-date when considering Zoom or Google Meet. It doesn't appear overly new or "fancy" looking, If you are sharing your screen, and there are quite a few people on the same teams meeting, sometimes the video quality deteriorates a little. And, I do wish that they had more integrations with other applications like Slack or Google Calendar because at the moment I am still manually maintaining and managing it. The free version also has a maximum limit on participants which is okay on small teams but challenging to large events.

**What problems is videomeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were no mechanisms in place to share one another and with our clients in the state of India in a safe and yet cost effective manner. It is mostly advantageous to us since it is inexpensive (the Bronze plan is very cost effective) and aligns with Indian data regulations which favour our privacy. It serves to tackle high data usage issue, my team members who work remotely in small towns can easily join without their data becoming too limited to serve their purpose. This has rendered our stand-up meetings (which are part of our daily functioning) as very affordable and easy to implement!

**What do you like best about videomeet?**

I use Videomeet for online meetings and video calls with my team. I like how easy Videomeet is to use, joining a meeting is quick and simple, and the audio and video quality is also good. I really appreciate that it's stable and calls don't drop in between; it works smoothly even on a slow connection. These features make Videomeet very useful for anyone since I can focus on the conversation without getting distracted. We switched from Zoom because Videomeet felt easier and simpler for quick meetings. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to start using it without any issues.

Sometimes the app feels a bit slow when joining the meetings. Also, a few more features would make it even better. It would be better if meetings open faster. Also, simple controls and better screen sharing would help more.

**What do you like best about videomeet?**

I like the ease of connecting from wherever I am, thanks to Videomeet having a robust and easy-to-use app. For its value, which is not high at all, it offers a wide range of services during video calls, such as screen sharing, which is my favorite. Working in a company where constant training is essential, the screen sharing feature greatly facilitates the work of explaining the use of certain tools to employees. Additionally, the initial setup of Videomeet was very simple, thanks to an attentive and prepared support team.

**What do you dislike about videomeet?**

Sometimes it presents a lot of lag or interruptions that could be improved and affect the continuity of the meetings. When I connect remotely, the consumption of my mobile data is excessive for the quality of the video call, and often I hear the voices cutting out.

I appreciate the quick setup for calls when working remotely, as it helps with sharing screens and syncing calls effortlessly. I like the simplicity of using the software, where you just share a link to start a meeting. The clean interface and basic controls make it easy to navigate. I also find the screen sharing feature and audio quality to be really good. Setting up Videomeet was very easy initially, and I was using it almost immediately.

For basic meetings, it works good but for detailed ones, there's room for improvement. It lags occasionally when there are more participants on the call. When the number of participants increases, the performance sometimes drops slightly, especially during screen sharing. It could also provide better host control tools like mute and un-mute specific people or to highlight the speaker.

I like that videomeet sits right in that sweet spot between “efficient” and “actually seeing a person.” You catch tone, micro-reactions, the quick smile when something clicks, the confused eyebrow when it doesn’t. That stuff gets completely lost in text and even voice.

**What do you dislike about videomeet?**

Videomeet can be draining because it combines the downsides of meetings with the pressure of being constantly visible. Staring at a screen full of faces for long periods causes camera fatigue, makes silences feel awkward, and often leads to people talking over each other due to lag. There’s also a subtle pressure to perform—managing your expressions, posture, and background—while technical issues like poor audio or frozen screens interrupt the flow. On top of that, many videomeets give a false sense of productivity, taking time and energy without always needing to happen in the first place.

**What problems is videomeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Videomeet solves the problem of distance by allowing people to communicate face-to-face without being in the same physical location. It makes collaboration faster and clearer by combining voice, visuals, and screen sharing, which reduces misunderstandings and speeds up decision-making. For me, the biggest benefit is staying connected in real time—whether for work, learning, or coordination—without the need to travel, saving time and energy while still maintaining a sense of human connection.
