What do you like best about Video for Health (V4H)?

I use the V4H Agenda to schedule my meetings and classes. I also use the calendar Agenda and the record system for security reasons and the blockchain hash associated with the recovery media works just great! I also work with my research group based on the V4H and the video system works perfectly in very harsh connectivity conditions in remote areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Video for Health (V4H)?

The system should inform the users about the conditions of their connection when they cannot get a good speed on their internet. The system should provide a better design for the connectivity dashboard. The admin dashboard should allow users to pay directly their bills from the same page where they are visualizing them. What problems is Video for Health (V4H) solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the Pandemic, I was forced to move all my meetings, works, workshops, seminars, venues and research group meetings into the digital environment. The only problem that I had at that time was that because I deal with sensitive information, my concern was that I could not use a general-purpose video system that could mine my conversation or that could use the info of my classes and meetings to sell my data around. So, one of the reasons that I decided to use the V4H platform was that they do not use my data for other purposes than providing me with a quality video. The second main reason is that the V4H Agenda has a very friendly calendar integrated with the creation of the links for your video meetings, providing a one-place organizer for all your links into only one calendar. This organization facilitated my life a lot since I retired my old excel spreadsheet with tons of video links with my students' names in cells (sometimes one link for each student etc.).
