What do you like best about VidCruiter?

Because we have a very unique candidate lifecycle to manage, VidCruiter’s customization was a huge win for us. The team took the time to really understand the specifics of our current recruiting process, and then used that knowledge to co-develop the best possible future state with us. I honestly can’t imagine a better outcome. On top of that, their guidance through implementation—and the continued support after go-live—has been a blessing from start to finish. What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

I’d really love to see full HubSpot integration, since it’s our main CRM. Having direct connectivity would be a real game changer for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything. Our waitlist management for candidates we are not currently onboarding for, assessments both video and written exam, technical check of our candidates' equipment, document collation and storing as well as providing us with data so we can recruit smarter, not harder.
