The flexibility it provides in building AI workflows. It's different than other automation platforms in that it truly acts a smart agent connecting apps together, passing information between them, and automating workflows without me having to piece the system together manually and making sure data flows between apps consistently.

It is hard to wrap your mind around how this system works after using other automation tools. It's such a different idea - letting the AI handle all the data flow without having to set it all up yourself - that it takes a little learning curve to get used to.
