What do you like best about vibefam?

Using Vibefam for our swim school has been a good experience because the platform is simple and easy to navigate. The calendar is one of the most useful features, especially for viewing each teacher’s schedule across the day or week, which helps a lot with planning. It’s also straightforward for the admin team to handle attendance, and pulling reports, including payment reports, is fast and easy. What do you dislike about vibefam?

So far, there has not been anything major to raise. There have only been a few small issues along the way, but overall they have been manageable. A few parts of the system could be smoother, and there have been occasional minor booking issues for parents, though nothing that has seriously affected operations. What problems is vibefam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Vibefam, we were using Mindbody, which was more expensive. With Vibefam, I’ve found the platform to be helpful and functional for our day-to-day operations.
