"Store Operations Became Much Easier to Keep Consistent"

What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

The biggest thing I noticed after moving to Vibe Retail was how much easier it was to have all the parts of the store operating from one data source. When we were looking at an incoming delivery, checking product availability or preparing for the weekend rush; this data was already available and not pieced together from various sources. Our team adapted quickly, and even what would typically be a mundane inventory review became smoother because everyone was viewing the same records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

It does almost all of what we need it to do, except for occasionally when I find myself spending longer time tweaking report filters after looking up extremely specific sales transaction. This is an annoyance not a limitation, and once you save the report it is much easier to reuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vibe Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a consistent operating cadence has probably been one of the largest areas of improvement. The process of inventory checks, purchasing decisions and daily sales reviews all happen from a single platform so our team is no longer spending time looking up information on multiple platforms to make decisions.
