I really like that Vettrix is categorized by Recruit, Sales, and Service. This prioritization of the three helps to stay organized, while having an optimized all-in-one platform. I think one thing that would make the platform better is how the contacts are listed. I see that the contacts are categorized by Gold, Silver, and Platinum, which I like but I think it would be better navigated through a dropdown menu as all the contacts in each of the categories will be together.
