We at Comet have been using Trica since our inception, and overall, our experience has been positive. The support team is friendly, responsive, and typically replies to our queries within 1–2 business days. The platform is reliable and meets most of our ESOP management requirements. Our company follows a customised vesting schedule with a 4-year vesting period, where 6.25% of the grant vests every quarter from Year 3 onwards. Currently, Trica does not support this vesting pattern natively.

As a result, every time we issue a grant, we have to request the Trica team to manually modify the vesting schedule in Excel. This additional manual process creates unnecessary delays in completing the grant process.

It would be highly beneficial if Trica could introduce support for customised vesting schedules, allowing companies to configure their own vesting patterns directly within the platform.
