What do you like best about Vertical Insure?

The two things that stand out about vertical insure are that they have a robust and very versatile API that actually works as stated. They also have a great team that works hard on the relationship and assures that the go to market time is quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertical Insure?

What problems is Vertical Insure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional travel insurance providers make it almost impossible to communicate with them. They require 5 meetings and they never remember what they covered in the prior meeting. They typical have old APIs, if they even offer one at all. They also make it super difficult for the guest to submit a claim. I work hard to get new guests and new customers, all of my partners need to reflect the service levels I would expect. VI exceeds my expectations, in nearly every area.
