What do you like best about Vertex?

What do you dislike about Vertex?

Would love for the report scheduling to be more robust. I would love to be able to automatically have my prior month sales reports auto-run or even be able to schedule a batch of reports to simplify my end of month processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vertex solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Vertex for our US and Canadian sales tax. Vertex is integrated with Oracle solving our sales tax compliance concerns. We also use VITR for North America for filing 90% of our sales tax returns, with the exceptions of locations that require submission thorugh individual sites. Vertex reporting has greatly reduced the data collection required to file our Canadian returns, reducing our level of effort from 32-40 hours monthly to complete our returns to just a few hours.

In addition, the exemption certificate manager makes tracking active certificates a breeze and helps keeps us compliant with regards to certificates approaching expiration dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
