What do you like best about Vertex?
In addition to Exchange, Training, and Consulting, I also test the monthly data updates to determine any potential impact. I perform this testing using BCI, and if anything appears incorrect, I use the Transaction Tester to identify which rule ID or Tax Assist rule is being triggered. What do you dislike about Vertex?
