What do you dislike about Vertex CRM?

So far, my experience with Vertex CRM has been very good. There are a few areas that could be improved, but overall, the system is working well for our business. I would love to see more features and regular improvements to make it even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vertex CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vertex CRM has helped us streamline our daily business operations by bringing customer management, invoicing, and other important processes into one system. Before using it, managing these operations separately could be time-consuming and less organized. Now, everything is more centralized, efficient, and easier to track, saving us time and helping us manage our business more smoothly. After using it for around 7 months, it has become an important part of our daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
