What do you like best about Vertex AI Search?

What stood out to me is the flexibility around AI-powered discovery. It gives us a foundation we can continue building on as the business and our information needs change, which is important for a growing consumer-products company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertex AI Search?

The implementation is still ongoing, so I wouldn’t say everything has been figured out yet. We’ve had to spend some time getting the information and search experience structured in a way that makes sense for our use case, and there have been a few adjustments along the way. What problems is Vertex AI Search solving and how is that benefiting you?

As Buzz Brands continues to grow its product lines and the amount of information we need to work with, search and discovery has become more important. We’re using Vertex AI Search to explore a more natural way for people to find and work with information instead of depending entirely on traditional keyword searches.
