What do you like best about Verizon Connect?

Verizon Fleet Tracking has been a great asset to our business. We really like the geofencing, as well as the speed and time tracking, and we utilize all of these features in our day to day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verizon Connect?

There are some features that I do not fully understand and am unable to utilize, like I have set up my "start time" in the settings panel, but cannot get the report for lateness and start times to populate effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Verizon Connect:

I would recommend this product to other business owners in our industry. We have been using it for over 3 years to date and haven't had any issues with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verizon Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved the problem of not knowing where our technicians were at all times and accurately tracking the amount on time they have spent on jobs. We can accurately traack vehicles and speeds and traffic violations, and handle accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
