The customer service is bar none. Every time i call with a problem they are courteous and do there best to solve my problem in a timely matter. Always receive new units in a timely matter and is very easy to order more. The installation is a breeze, provided that you know what you are doing or have previous experience. Although the installation of the units are easy, the activation can be a bit of a pain if you have multiple installs in various locations because you have to call in every single one in order to run an ignition cycle. Recommendations to others considering Verizon Connect: Do not do a self install unless you have experience installing such products in vehicles. What problems is Verizon Connect solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping our employees honest. Tracking our equipment has been a major asset. We have also had vehicles and equipment stolen in the past, and although we haven't had anything stolen since implementing the system i am confident it will prove useful in asset recovery should anything like that happen in the future.
