What do you like best about Verizon Connect?

Verizon Connect is a great service and is a necessity for my company. Customer Service is great and always able to help. I just used Verizon Connect to help find a van that was stolen and the tracking helped recover product of ours saving thousands of dollars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verizon Connect?

Reporting only goes back 120 days so I download it every month to have all data incase I need it later. I dump it into a spreadsheet and use pivot tables to have one massive report. It comes in handy when you need to research something more than four months back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
